Footage audio review

Inside Location
The location we used was an empty classroom, the only background noise that was in the room was a slight buzzing this was because of the nearby computers and also the fluorescent lighting. I wouldn't change a thing because the audio was perfect.

Outside Location
We used the Outside car park at the college. The audio was poor because of the noise of the fan by the location and also the wind kept blowing the mic therefore creating a disturbance.

Inside Location
We did this in a corridor, the audio was the worst out of all the clips we recorded because of all the mumbling and talking in the background.

Locations and Equipment list

In my group it consists of me (Edd Headen) Casey Brown, Harry Plunkett and Jack Neale. The three locations we will be filming is in the Balcony Cafe as our inside area, an empty classroom which is our quiet indoor areaand our outside location will be the southern car-park. The equipment needed will be Jacks camera and the colleges sound kit to record sound.

Preparing to shoot on location

1. Having a plan is important for your production  because it helps you plan out your filming schedule, without it you would miss out vital parts of the filming. you also have to plan the audio because otherwise you wouldn't be able remember all the audio you need.

2. If you don't plan what happens then you will miss out a lot of filming opportunities. you would forget most of the shots you have planned as well thus ruining your final production.

If i was to do this news report myself i would have provided the news reporter with a coat and given him some shelter, without shelter the entire report is ruined as you can't hear the reporter and is being blowing around thus ruining the report.
